Online Course Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy
Usually, online course orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer to an exam review or online course. We MAY approve a refund/transfer request provided the Student meets the following requirements:
1. The student/user did not access any portion of the online course. There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
2.The Student MUST notify us of their desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the online order. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to following address: [email protected]
