Educatevirtual LLC purpose is to offer online quality education thru our platform. We empower instructors to create and promote educational courses (instructors) and to enroll in these educational courses to learn (students). We consider our market model the best way to offer valuable educational content to our users. We require regulations to protect our platform safe for you, us, and our student and instructor community. These Terms apply to all your activities on the Educatevirtual and or educational portal websites.
By participating in our platform, you are approving give your consent to be regulated by, these terms. If you do not agree with these terms or wish to be compelled by these terms, you must not use or access the Educatevirtual Platform in any manner.
Educatevirtual is neither a content provider nor an educational institution. Instructors and Students are not workers of Educatevirtual. Educatevirtual is not responsible for interactions among instructors and students, with the exclusion of providing the technological resources and support through which instructors may broadcast and otherwise make their content available and, at each instructor’s election, for processing payments through Educatevirtua PayPal merchant account.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, Educatevitual only gives Creators restricted information about the Students enrolled in their Content, containing name, email address, IP address, and the Content in which the student has registered. This information is only available to the instructor upon the purchase or enrollment of a Student. Educatevirtual does not provide, sell, rent, release, disclose, etc. Student data to instructors for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Each course in our platform is created and developed by freelance instructors. The content including E-book, quizzes, videos, and any material is produced by the instructor. We rigorously inspect the material before adding it to our digital platform. Although we inspect and verify strictly all content, we do not guarantee the effectiveness of any courses hosted on our platform. The instructor is fully responsible for the content, video, quizzes, etc. In courses that are supported by the instructor, the instructor is required to answer questions and interact with the student to clarify any matter. Educatevirtual is not responsible to contact the instructor if they are not able to communicate with them. Each instructor is required to comply with instructor policy.
1. User Accounts
You need an account to enroll in our platform. Keep your password somewhere safe because you are responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you believe someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting [email protected]
2. Course Enrollment and Lifetime Access
When you enroll in a course, you get a license from us to view it via the Educatevirtual s and no other use. Don’t try to transfer or resell courses in any way.
3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
After you make a payment, you agree to use a valid PayPal payment. If you are not pleased with your digital product, Educatevirtual offers a 24 refund or credit for most course purchases.
1.The student/user did not access any part of the online course. There will be no refunds for any online course (or curriculum) once the course has been accessed in some way.
2.The student MUST notify us of their desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING within 24 hours of placing the order online. Applications MUST be sent by email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to the following address: [email protected]

Anybody can use Educatevirtual to produce and publish courses and instructors and we allow instructors and students to interact for teaching and learning. In our platform students can post content and interact, a few things can go not right, and you use Educatevirtual at your own risk.
4. Digital Learning Rights
Educatevirtual holds the Educatevirtual platform including the website, present or future apps and services, and things like our logos, API, code, and content created by our members. You cannot manipulate those or use them without authorization.
